The Verl 900 is a good solid capable cruiser. The best way that I can describe this boat is 6 of one and half a dozen of the other. The good points are she has been fitted with a new engine and standing rigging in 2019 and the sails are in fairly good condition. The bad points are a new head lining needs to be fitted and the interior needs cleaning and tidying. This can be rectified with a minimum of money being spent, especially if you do the work yourself. The J24 is a responsive and interesting boat to sail. There is a good class association for the boat but she is also a very competitive boat for club racing. She has won the local midweek series against larger and more expensive competition.
